Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.

This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other patients in need of care.
